Celebrating Kindness at SIS

Today we celebrated our Kindness campaign with a November virtual assembly. Students zoomed in with their classmates to celebrate and acknowledge each other's acts of kindness throughout this month.

During the assembly, each class worked together to create a thankful turkey display where each feather represented something they were thankful for in their lives. Our judges (Mrs. Dunkel, Mrs. Arwine, Ms. Jill, and Mr. Woods) chose Mrs. Visser's class for best turkey design! 5B will enjoy an extra 10 minute recess when they return from break. Way to go!

We also announced our winners for most kindness chains collected during the month. Congratulations to Ms. Ford's class (5D) for completing the most acts of kindness in the month of November!

We are so very proud of each and every one of our SIS students!
