Lakeview Feature Teacher: Allison Johnston
Ms. Allison Johnston is one of our fabulous reading interventionists at Lakeview. Ms. Johnston is reflective, thoughtful, and a collaborator. She often collaborates with the building instructional coach and classroom teachers on specific student intervention needs. She has an amazing depth of knowledge to support reading interventions and is always willing to make any adjustments needed to make her time with students most effective. She works with the team to develop a consistent and data driven plan for students, and has amazing ideas for continual communication to keep the classroom work and intervention work aligned. Lakeview students are so fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from Ms. Johnston’s purposeful instruction!
