Solon High School junior Maggie Winders knew she had an interest in Interior Design, but was uncertain whether a career in that field was what she wanted after high school. With the help of a coordinator at Workplace Learning Connection, Maggie was able to connect with Barbara Messer of Kitchens By Design (KBD) and experience different aspects of interior design for herself. “It is important to help students, so they can figure out what they like and don’t like in a career before graduating high school,” said Barbara. ⠀
